This is a great place to root for the Huskers on a cold and rainy Saturday in the Fall. The food is delicious, the beer is cold and just like the Husker fans, the employees are super friendly. The waitresses even wear husker shirts to boot. I have lived in the South Sound for five years and sadly it took me three years to learn of this watch site. The WA Huskers Association puts on a great game day with raffles and fun prizes that range from Dorothy Lynch dressing (which is very hard to find out here) to Husker hat and even autographed footballs. If you want a seat up close to the three main big screens, come early because the place packs out every game day with Husker fans wearing red and shouting GO BIG RED! It makes me feel like I’m back in Nebraska when I was growing up in a small farm town that would shut down for Husker games.
