Technically, all Minsky’s in the KC metro area put on the Husker games. I have watched the game at three of them and each one has been fun, but my personal favorite is the one on Barry Road:
Minsky’s Pizza on NW Barry Rd. is also the site we visit when we are in KC for the fall NASCAR race weekend. You can always count on a HUGE Husker crowd and great pizza, cold beer!

I too have been a fan of Minsky’s off Barry Road for the Husker Games. That changed somewhat this last weekend. They no longer allow Seperate Checks per table. We had a large group and had to combine everything which was a huge hassle. They allow only one refill on a soft drink and charge for all others after. Then they refused to give us Ranch with our Cheese Sticks Which the menu says we can request unless we paid an extra $.50 cents since they only serve it with marinara which we didnt want and stated that when ordering. We heard a number of upset customers. Not sure why they are doing this though if it continues we will find another place to cheer on the Huskers. Its too bad they are nickel and diming folks. We have been fans for years and some of my family have been going to the Minskys religously for over 16 years. We tried to reason with them about these issues and it got us no where. Sad Sad Day!
Please call ahead to make sure they're planning to carry the game. We do our best to keep these updated, but sites are changing all the time.
