The Big Picture: Nebraska vs. Western Michigan Photos

big picture Husker football photos

Today we're introducing another new feature called The Big Picture. After every Husker home game we'll bring you a series of photos that tells the story of the game - in a format you probably won't see anywhere else. They're shot by our go-to guy on the sideline, Kirt Manion. And they're big. I mean BIG!

We want you to see what Bo sees from the sideline - what Ganz sees when he lines up under center - what Glenn sees when he's crushing a ball carrier. We want to take you inside the game, in a way that you won't see anywhere else.

Enough talk. Let's see the Big Picture from Western Michigan.

Nice pics!

I like the captions..but then they disappeared after a few pics!  Captions on every picture would be much appreciated and make me look more into the pictures.

Outstanding!  Should have called it, “My new weekly computer screen background so can see Big Red all weekâ€? picture!!!

GBR or go home.

Nice stuff, guys!

VERY NICE!!!

Love the shot of Williams giving some “chiropractic treatment” to the WMU d-lineman.

Great addition, glad you got it done.

Good stuff!

Thanks guys.

Nate, I added captions for the rest of the photos. I ran out of time last night and wanted to get the photos posted right away.

Any chance of getting the high res versions? The pictures look fantastic and I would love to use then as the desktop picture. Thanks!

Sweet pics.

Why, however, would Suh be getting a pancake block? Is he on the punt team?

Good question Jeremy. No. 58 for WMU is their backup right guard on their o-line, so either they’re both on special teams or Suh was just propping himself up at #58’s expense. :)

I guess I just got so excited to see what might be a real-live pancake after all these years that I jumped to conclusions.

Hi-res: I hear you. I’ll work on some backgrounds this week.

Nice Addition!  Go Skurs!
