Bo’s Improving Wardrobe
The maturation of Bo Pelini as a head coach continued on Saturday. Evidenced not just by his choosing to start a redshirt freshman quarterback in the opener, but also by his attire. His trademark gray sweatshirt was set aside for a nice white sport shirt. Well done, coach. Way to get that white worn before Labor Day. We can't help but believe that when the temperatures cool and the football action heats up that the sweatshirt might once again find its way to the Husker sideline.

I noticed that the University bookstore has some nice old school looking school sweaters. That would be a classy look.

You got a link, Tom? I am in the market for some new Husker schwag for my impending trips to Memorial this year and a sweater sounds like it might hit the spot.
Bo will forever be trademarked by his tilted ballcap and persistent gum chewing. Both scream, “Man at work, here!” If he stuffed the eraser end of a pencil underneath the lip of his cap, it would complete the ensemble.

This is one that I saw, but there’s a few other things like this. I’ve got one that’s like a letterman’s sweater but I didn’t see anything like that this past weekend.
